In many cases, people start up in business because they are good at something and have a real passion for it. However, over time, they realise that perhaps they lack certain 'soft skills'. This 'skills gap' often impacts upon things like planning, organising, time-keeping, marketing, sales, accounts and administration. Small business coaching can show you how to fill these gaps by helping you to find simple, effective solutions, thus empowering you to be successful in your chosen venture.
