All new clients will recieve their first coaching session free of charge. The length of that session will usually be around one hour, depending upon individual circumstances. This means that you can try coaching to see if it's for you, without having to sign anything, pay for anything, or commit to anything at all. It also means you can find out if I am the right coach for you. Where necessary, expenses such as travelling will still apply.

Coaching sessions last an hour or slightly more. They can be in person or by telephone. In addition to this, all clients will be given access to me by e-mail.

The telephone number listed on this website is voicemail only. All clients will be given a seperate, unlisted number to contact me on.

After the free first session, my fees are:

1 session £59.00

4 sessions £196.00

If you need to work out my travelling costs you can use the calculator below. Just fill in the first part of my postcode which is CV21 and the first part of yours and it will tell you how many miles I will need to travel. Remember to double the mileage to allow for return travel. My current mileage rate is 50 pence per mile.

Mileage Calculation Example: distance = 30 miles each way,
So total distance = 60 miles x 50p = £30.00

I am not currently registered for VAT so this is not chargeable.
